ECU Tune gone wrong!!

I also, did some checking before buying a new ECU and I was told the internals in the ECU were proprietary and the ECU was a non repair item. This is the reason I went ahead and got a new ECU. I later found the guy that volunteered and ultimately repaired the damaged ECU. He was not positive if his repair was going to work so he went out on a limb and bought another used MB ECU at his own expense. (I dont even think it was a C63, maybe just a regular C3 ECU in order to get the part and then tried it on mine. It worked.)

NOOOO, it did not work because the resistor was torn off of the board please see pic. Do you think the resistor was soldered to the board for show purposes? Cmon, think of something else to dispute my claim.. Hurry, times a wastin... As far as the religious comment, yes I am. Christian to be exact. I tell the truth as I have done here. It's not about the Money either. It's about informing people so they dont have a bad experience as I have.

how about either of you provide more pics or more evidence? it always seems that whenever threads like this start, there is some evidence shown in the beginning, and then the rest is just talked about and never shown... with enough evidence, i'm sure we'll be able to find out who is telling the truth or at least be able to fill in some gaps...
examples:
pics of both ecus... which one is installed in your car OP? the new or fixed one? perhaps take a pic of them side by side...
pics of ecu you took before sending it out and you can censor some parts if you don't want to reveal your vin number or whatever is on the ecu...
if the vin is on the ecu, then take a pic with the vin number that's on your car...
screen shot of said paypal payment showing andy paid you for a new ecu...
(question... was your ecu sent to andy for a tune or retune? if all this happened and you needed a new ecu and andy was willing to pay for it... why didn't he just purchase one, tune it, and then send it to you? or is it something with mb where only the owner can order the ecu?)

The ECU that you have have is mine and had no issues , in fact Andy still has your ECU. Pictures along with a news paper showing the date can be shown if you like. The pictures you posted are the pictures Andy sent you when he called you to say he hears something loose in the box when his received your package and you asked him to open it and see if he could fix it... The ECU that you have have is mine and had no issues , in fact Andy still has your ECU. Pictures along with a news paper showing the date can be shown if you like. The pictures you posted are the pictures Andy sent you when he called you to say he hears something loose in the box when he received your package and you asked him to open it and see if he could fix it... Since this thread will go no were figured id get Jon to admit he will lose! Sorry for everyone that wanted to stay on track and hear the he said she said accusations and listen to the rest of the haters just talk smack and what not. There is no good to come out of this no resolution at all we will never know the truth only what we hear there will not be a picture or anything that will make it conclusive

Lets see some damn evidence!
- Pics of both ECU'S
- The RECEIPT of the ECU purchase and work order that you got at the dealer. (as it has to be programmed to the car by only the dealer) I should know, I had this done.

There are no identifying marks in those pictures.
How about pics of the cover or what would be more relevent a read out of that ecu with the VIN number.
What I am trying to figure out here is Immelman sent this ECU in and had this issue.
Did you send your ECU in and have an issue as well? The difference being MHP is willing to defraud one customer for another?
