That's good enough for me. The guy has a legitimate problem... Now the question: did Andy cover up a mistake or was it actually broken in transit? We will never know.
I am sorry about your bad experience.. My headers came with the collector ends dented in from transit, the box was fine, but they were bent, I sent pics to Andy and he told me to make a claim immediately... I just hammered it back out as they weren't dented in too much.

Well, it appears you have your story straight but it is still possible your original ECU was damaged in shipment.

Wow, I was on the fence between both parties... but this got to be the best evidence. And syrex broken ecu pic... does this MHP guy even knows how to open an ecu? lol

Yes, you are right MERC. However, there is overwhelming evidence to support my claim. ECU case in perfect order, supposedly shipping me the wrong ECU back when it did in fact have my VIN in the ECU file. (Yes Ramin, the VIN is in the ECU file according to the tuner) It works in my car now without being re married to my car. On and On and On... I knew starting this thread would be a hassle and that there would be naysayers, but I did it anyway hoping to save some other poor guy a hassle. I cannot continue back and forth as this takes alot of time. The other tuner may inject further evidence at some point however I will respect his privacy until he notifies me otherwise. He is a stand up Guy and really helped me out with this whole saga.

Mike I don't have an issue telling you these things in person because its the truth. Funny how you told me that your car is not running and that you want a refund from Andy. I also told you that it will not because its vin coded. If the ECU was your and your car is running then why would your atty send Andy a letter for a refund of your ECU? wow IM sure MHP and his atty would love to read this as you are making more false claims. Maybe just maybe you should read up on false claims act. and for your information and Andy Got me the New ECU and that is the only reason i did not push the Issue. The ECU in my hand is the new one... Notice the plastic tabs are in good order since MHP has not had their hands on it. The one you claim is YOURS is in my car with a tune.....
They both work in the car....

Video of swapping ecus and starting the car with no edits. Shouldn't take more than 1 min to do. That would 100 percent prove your case.

As a matter of fact you told me that you had (2) ECU's as well and the one you sent to andy was for race gas I believe. You also asked me if I could tell if the ECU that I had in hand had been opened and I responded yes because it had pry marks on the cover. You responded in dis content saying that you wanted MB to not be able to tell that it had been opened.. Reverting back to an earlier post by you, how were you out of a car when you told me you had (2) ecu's... Another Lie!!
