I'm seriously considering trading my CLK63 BS in for a C63 BS.
I havent driven mercedes with MCT, is it really THAT much better than CLK63 BS? I was told the transmission is totally different than all the other 63 cars.

That's a tough choice.
Personally, I like the looks of the CLKBS but the C63BS is faster around the track.

The interior quality and tech features of the C will make your CLK feel outdated. The exterior is a matter of personal taste. The MCT transmission is the same as in any MY '12 C63. Compared to your CLK tranny, the MCT will be more responsive during spirited driving, but not as smooth in slow city driving or heavy traffic. Unless you're emotionally attached to your CLK, get the C.

Not a chance. The CLK63BS is everthing the C63BS is. The jury is out on te MCT tranny. You already own the CLK it so you'll take a huge hit when you sell it, plus sales tax registration etc.

C BS is a better all round experience vs CLK BS. there is simply no comparison when it comes to the transmission either.

You will not regret the C63 BS purchase one bit, trust me on this

Have you owned or spent time in both cars? Everyone on here that's owned both the CLKBS and the CBS think otherwise.

To answer the OP, if I had to do it again, choose between keeping the CLKBS or selling/trading in for a CBS, I would choose the CBS 10 times out of 10. The CBS is a slightly better car in every single category.

Why not keep the CLK BS & trade in ur C63 for the C63 BS? U can have the best of both world IMO!

I just seen a used one at the dealership in North Olmsted, was traded in for a different vehicle because the owner was sick of the 16 year old kids thumbs up'ing him and taking pics... It does appeal to kiddies for sure....

If price is no issue keep the CLK63BK and just buy a C63BS to add to the stable.

While price may not be an issue, space might me... there are of course other factors.. like the wife saying you cannot get another car till you get rid of one... (I have that problem with my 5 bicycles.. I want to pickup a rigid single speed and she says not till I offload my downhill bike...)

There are lots of possible reasons.. but I seriously doubt money is one of them
