Hi Ben,
Went out for dinner with family and friends and met the owner of AMG Australia who also has a C63BS we should all set a date to meet up as it would be a great photo opportunity.
3 C63 Black series and 5 other C63's
Cheers
James

Love the sound!!
To the OP: Im assuming the exhaust set up is similar to a W212 E63 (non TT) set up where it runs pre cats, post cats, and resonators prior to the mufflers. On my E63 (non TT) I removed the post cats and resonators and went with an x pipe to replace the cat and straights for the resonators. Did you leave the resonators in?

Stock headers, stock primary cats, replaced post cats with x pipe, replaced resonators with straight pipes, stock mufflers.
Most guys who have done none header work but wanted more sound with stock exhaust go this route on the M156's.
