Weighed My C63 P31 = 3,880 lbs
I put my car on a vehicle scale and it weighed 3,880 lbs with exactly 1/4 tank of gas. I was not in the car when it was weighed.
These are the factors that affect my vehicle's current weight:
1. 8 lbs less for lighter engine internals (P31).
2. Slightly lighter OEM front rotors compared to non-P31 1-piece rotors.
3. 31 lbs less from C/F hood
4. Non-leather seats with no power forward/backward. It's manual. So, no forward/backward motor under the front seats. Took a while to get used to, but I like the weight savings.
This is how I will make it lighter:
1. 14 lbs less from C/F trunk
2. Evosport rotors front/rears (From a non-P31 there is a 40 lbs savings, but less of a savings from a P31 because of the slightly lighter front rotors).
3. 40 lbs less when I remove the spare/tools/foam
4. Lighter battery. I don't know if I want to use the 15 lbs one, but maybe something that is a little heavier but is more usable for daily driving. Still, more than 25-30 lbs savings right there.
5. 4 lbs for rear head rests, 6 lbs for floor mats, 1-2 lbs for owner's manuals bundle. = 12 lbs
So, I anticipate my car with 1/4 tank of gas (and me not inside) will weigh 3,759 lbs when I finish the rest of the plan. I have the trunk and rotors, just waiting to install.
* Call me crazy, but I'm even tempted to remove the window washer fluid if it's close to 1-gallon. I don't use it and I don't plan on using it. But, I'm wondering if a CEL will come on. And I can even drop a couple gallons of gas for tracking the car.
What's the point in all of this if I'm not going for record times at the track? I just like the idea of having a lighter car.
Also, one of the other main reasons I weighed my car was because I am going to start using the Torque Android APP and I want the calibration to be as accurate as possible.

3880lbs is pretty good. I don't have the CF hood or unicorn seats, so I can assume my car would weight around 3920lbs with a quarter tank. Good to know since I can now enter a more accurate weight in Torque.
On a related note, it would be really awesome to have the Torque app output displayed on the Nav LCD. I know there are hacks to allow video to be displayed on the screen when the car is moving. Wonder if there is a way to display the video output from an android device on it.
*Oh, and before you remove the window washer fluid, have you considered buying this product to lose another 20lbs or more?

That would be sick to have the Torque App displayed on the Nav LCD.
One of the reasons I wanted to share my weight results was so others, like yourself, can have a good reference for their vehicle's weight.
Btw, I think the motors under the front seats weigh a bit more than that.

If having a light car was the objective the C63 is the WRONG place to start I do understand your obsession though... after driving a 2,700lb E36 M3, it feels like a go kart in comparison. I think if you could remove 300 lbs it might be noticeable, otherwise it will be just to feel good.

The C63 is relatively light for the size of the engine and the hp/tq output. Mine is getting even lighter. I needed a four-door, or at least my wife said I did. In actuality, I don't. But, the back seats do come in handy.
Shedding weight on this car is a proven way to gain straigh line performance. So, because I don't have any go-fast mods, I try to shed weight.

I understand your point. But, I don't agree. A light car is like your E36 M3. I don't want a car that small. But, I know on track, it must feel amazing; especially the one you have, which looks great from the pics you posted.

Nice weight
my car with 1/4 gas came in at 3910lbs stock everything without the junk in the trunk.
15lb batt you can use but not for DD, for DD you want th 17lb one and you will save u self 48lbs
rear seats and pass seat are worth about 130lb and a spacaro race seat will save u another 50lbs but you can't adjust the steering wheel and once u take the seats out u will get a airbag light.
As for the fluid u won't get a CEL.
If someone really wants they can get a c63 down to under 3500lbs
cf hood 34
cf trunk 14
rotors 40
headers mids 11
race exhaust 30
race seat 48 (that's the seat and bracket 17lbs give or take 1lbs)
15lb batt 50
pass seat 65
rear seats top bottom floor mats 60
drag set up rear wheels and skinnies 70
Cf dtm bumper 8
Cf roof 40
Total saving 470lbs
3910-470=3440. Now that lightweight

Just a term I thought appropriate because you don't see very many otherwise, fully-optioned AMG's with non-leather/non-power seats.
Agreed.

As for taking about 130 pounds out of the car ... unless you take it to the 1/4, a road course or line up with someone, it will have almost no effect on the street ... not even "noticeable seat of pants" performance. To put it in perspective: You run the car with a 1/4 tank, which is about +/- 4 gallons, weighing about 20 pounds. A full tank weighs about 105 pounds ... an 85 pound weight saving. To be honest, I wouldn't be able to feel it driving around town, not even 130 pounds ... besides, with 4 gallons you go around the block a couple of times before you have to look for a gas station.
