AMG Illuminated door sills
Im looking on MBUSA site for these. Cannot find them. Anyone know the approx price? And if I'm able to get them installed?

Wow, that's quite a hefty price to pay for something to look at for just a few seconds when doors are opened and closed.

That is actually a good price, got mine from the CKS website listed previously, arrived in 3 business days from UK to Australia. MSRP is closer to double that price at the Mercedes dealership. Any competent auto electrician will be able to install the door sills for you, if you don't have the time/inclinations or ability to do it yourself.

dremorg, here are some pics (sorry for poor camera phone pictures). The sills in the back also got replaced ( part of the OEM AMG kit) but are not illuminated to match the new flat panel look of the replacement front sills.

Hey, bringing this thread back from the dead again, can you confirm if you had the illuminating door sill package before you bought the AMG sills? I currently don't have illuminating sills so I'm wondering if I purchase the same AMG sills as you, will it be plug and play?
