Car too loud at startup, need rec for decent earplugs
I've developed chronic daily headaches that seem to start shortly after I startup my car in the AM.
Have tried CVS wax earplugs and Bose noise cancellation headphones to no avail.
I know Bose sucks but does anybody have any other ideas -- my neurologist is stacking paper as we speak thanks to my c63...

Just pick up the foam ones from a drug store. Hearos are one popular brand among riders but any will do. It seems like ~30dB rating is the best you can get without shelling out for customs.

and yea, I think the guy is just messing with us... The C63 starts loud but inside the car it isn't really all that loud. I actually wish it could be louder
