What service loaner does your dealer give you?
two years ago when i got into an accident, the 1 month the car was in the shop I had a MB loaner (e class)... i pretty much told them, if I wanted to drive a civic, I would've bought one in the first place. you can also try, if you give me a suburban as a loaner and I end up liking it, you have now lost a customer for life
LOL

Usually a model higher than my car (probably to convince me to upgrade).
When I take the Smart, they give me C250, when I took the C350 they gave me E350.
Took my Brother's E63 and they gave me a S63, will report back when my C63 needs a service.

In this regard, I like lexus a lot more, they don't just give you an is250. Last couple of times my friend who took his LX570 in got LS600 and LS460. In mercedes case, they should give atleast the C350. The same friend has 2 7 series (2005 and 2012) and an M3, and he always gets a 7 series in exchange for the new 7 series he owns, gets x3 or x1 for the 2005 7 series, and atleast a 335 for the M3
Needless to say, my 2003 Lexus gets me a free loaner from Lexus and a very competent hand car wash. At mercedes, the car wash is worst than a normal touchless carwash.
yesh, you do know MB doesnt have a 'touchless' carwash right?
they still have those soft rollers. some MBs have the man power to handwash your car but only if you know the service managers.
also, your car is within the new car warranty... should have free loaners. i am surprised they charge you 10 bux a day.
As for the loaner, I usually always go for an oil change. Any warranty work is usually done at the same time, but I never complained about the loaner fees because it's not that much and secondly they have their policy listed at the front.
I will ask the service advisor next time as mb Oakville still doesn't charge for it.
