What service loaner does your dealer give you?
I've had my car in 3 times over the past 2 years for warranty work and they gave me a brand new GLK the first 2 times and today they were out of MB's so they rented me a 2012 Toyota Matrix. Wow, what a piece of crap.
Just curious what your dealer gives you guys?

Over the past 4 years with my E55 I've had..
2008-2012 C300 and C250's
2008 CLK 320
2012 E350
I primarily deal with House of Imports and Fletcher Jones. Never been given a GLK but I would like to try one out, they look pretty cool.

C63
The Fletcher Jones dealer in Chicago told me they didn't have loaner cars on multiple occasions, but would give me a ride by shuttle. Needless to say I will not be back there again unless absolutely necessary.

B Class when bringing in the C63. The last time I brought my E36 M3 in to the shop (not the BMW dealership) where it is maintained for service after a track day, I drove home in a Ferrari 348

Standard car is a C250 (which I actually really like...no C63 sure but good throttle response from that tiny turbo for a standard a to b car) but with a little arm twisting I've gotten a CLS550 and one time had a Renntech SL550 for a long weekend. Loved that car, f'ng beautiful.

I had a C250 for a day, and it got passed by Civic's on the road all day long...
After some complaint, they gave me a R350 BT. That's like driving a mini-bus.

Hey CoolBD, the dealer will still give you a loaner. I bought my car up in San Rafael and Smythe in SJ still gives me a GLK, C250 or C300.

I think if you choose to spend a lot of money for a safe great performing car MB should respect that decision and give you a loaner car that is on par in at least the safety department. For regular service not such a concern but for a service issue that is THEIR fault they shouldn't give you a sub par tin can.
