Mines got 42,000KM (26,250Mi) Ive done 2000km in the past 10 weeks.
Currently on the space saver in the garage due to my wheel developing clear cancer and peeling off like crazy!!
1x bodgy repair (by the dealer) and its in to be repaired properly now... so far 13 days has passed.

2009, 125K - no problems.
I had a cam chain tensioner replaced (rattle at startup), this had been happening for quite a while (a few years) and although I'd mentioned it to my tech they couldn't reproduce the problem (it would do it like once a week!) well it happened while getting serviced and they replaced it under warranty.
Side mirrors making a squealing sound when they retracted. Fixed under warranty.
That's about it.
Every now and then (like once a month or less) i can hear valve ticking like a lifter is stuck (basically valve train noise), this is supposed to be a known problem on the M156 but virtually all the time it's quite at startup.

I was just standing in the garage one evening staring at the car. Suddenly it hit me that its just a C Class. I was treating this C Class like a Mclaren. It just felt pathetic. Immediately I got over it and started enjoying the car more. I was driving it only weekends now I am finding excuses to drive it all the time...
It really puts it into perspective when you go out and you see 458s and Lambos parked in front of restaurants in between camrys and mazdas...

ETA: 13k mi. on a May '13 car. Second owner barely drove her. I'm fixing that problem now!

2009 with 80k. No big problems, but the debate for me currently is am I going to keep the car after May when the extended warranty is up or keep pushing my luck outside of it. Car has been well maintained, just not gonna be able to survive if the head bolt issue happens after the warranty is out or clutch packs go etc etc. Any input? Its really either spend a **** load of money on an extended warranty again or trade it in for something else.

I love my 09/63.
I think they look a lot meaner than the face-lifted MY12 models and even the new C63S. BUT i am bit paranoid about the head-bolt problem (i'm now 6 months out of my extended warranty) because I want to hang on to it. Seems like it can happen on cars that have done 250K (KM's).
IMO the only way to be sure is to get them replaced (along with the buckets).
I'm going to get a quote (from an INDY) to get them done along with the buckets and see what it looks like. If it's not crazy expensive then i'll do it and hang on to her from another 3-4 years. Otherwise it will be time to move on :-(

Good Buy
So it seems. My last Merc was a 2000 S430 and I put over 10K in maintenance in over 3 years but I loved it. My Airmatic gave my wallet seizures but overall the quality in these cars astound me. I’ve always loved the W204 AMGs and I’ve drooled for 3 years over them. If I go through with it I’ll be sure to update everyone. I want to take it to 500K if I can. I think other than 2 or 3 people on here everyone else has a low mileage C63 so I’m still apprehensive. 🤷*♂️

C63 AMG Coupe
G'Day Fella's,
I recently clicked over 102,000 Kms or around 63,000 Miles on "Brutal".
Here's an image, from when it clicked over 100K.
All seems to be going well.
D'oh!

100K/klm DD.
Had a ticking noise start earlier in year (lifters) and was due for B service so replaced all 32 lifters, 8 fuel injectors, PCV and did pin flip on all 4 adjusters adjusters.
Plus did all the usual service items, air and cabin filters, oil and filter change with Liqui Moly 5w40 leichtlauf high tech and Ceratec.
Engine now smooth and quiet and car runs great, still enjoying the experience.
