Any Canadian AMG owner attending AMG Performance Tour in Las Vegas in November??
Just wondering if any canadian MBWorld members would be attending the AMG Performance Tour in Las Vegas in November..there are a few dates and it is held at the Las Vegas Spring Motorsports Ranch. The hotel is at the Vdara which is graciously paid by Mercedes Canada and all meals(five star dining) with drinks is also covered by Mercedes Canada. I have attended a few of these and the events are incredible. You are treated first class and the instructors are amazing. This is something that your dealer may know about and they should have access to sign you up... I will be there and North44C63(Barry) will also be there.

Rage2, too bad, maybe next time, Barry*North44C63 are arriving on the 5th of November and driving on the 6th. You guys are going to love this, it is so wel organized, from the limousine service at the airport when you arrive to the drop off at the airport, the five star dining and the five star accomodation. I attendended the first one in 2008 in Dallas and talk about branding, since then I have purchased four Mercedes, two of which are AMG's, so they know what they are doing.

Tim, it's usually a 2 days trip like any AMG events. They required you to go in the night before your track day... greetings night, fancy dinner & hotel free. The next day is track day... go home at night. I'm not sure if you stay over the second night, AMG will pay for the hotel.
Nick & Barry, have fun in Vegas... remember... what happens there stays there. LOL Wish I could join the fun.

I remember speaking with a gentleman in the morning during the first round of hairpin practice, in a white C63, he had an SLS from the ON area? (If i had to take a guess, i may have been the youngest one there?)

I was on the December 5 driving, the last day I beleive. It was the same one held with the red CBS. At the time I had one exactly the same on order and thats what primed me to go last minute. Then obviously things didnt work out with the CBS. And as rage2 stated, MB Canada pays for two nights stay at the Vdara hotel resort. The real only expense to you for this is getting there. Or a purchase of a watch or two

I was just there in June for a bachelor party and of course a new panerai accompanied me home...to bad rage2 we couldnt be together, I have seen your collection of watches on the Private Lounge and you have some serious pieces! I think we could be dangerous together at the Ceasers boutiques, they have quite the watch boutiques.
