SL "Super Light" series comes in 2 flavors. The first application is slightly more expensive then the regular ADV1 monoblock but it is quite a bit lighter. Those wheels are manufactured for a wide variety of vehicle and they have a set load rating.

The second application is where it gets a more complex and very expensive. You can actually order the SL series wheel for your specific vehicle. Track-Specific wheels are designed and load rated to accommodate your car's specific weight. In order to achieve the lightest possible weight of the wheel without compromising it's strength 6 wheels and 2 tires need to be purchased. The 2 wheels and 2 tires will intentionally be destroyed during the testing and engineering phase. Before you ask, these wheels would cost between $18K and $25K.

I have posted this on another forum so I will just copy this over here also:

ADV1 is pretty new company; however, it has taken the wheel industry by storm with their designs, customer service and product quality. When we have picked up the brand, we were their second dealer and at the time. There was a 25% deposit required from a client in order to start the manufacturing on ADV1. At the time, when we sold a set of ADV1 wheels, we would personally guarantee the deposit to our client. Basically, in a unlikely case of ADV1 going under (brand new company), we would be responsible for refunding a wheel manufacturing deposit back to our client. This has limited us to how many sets of wheels we could sell but it gave our clients a piece of mind.

Today, ADV1 is regarded as one of the top wheel designers and brands in the industry. Their quality is top notch and they have one of the best customer support in the among other bespoke wheel brands. ADV1 has been banned from Internet Brands owned forums for some time. If there was anything shady about ADV1, they would not be able to advertise on here. They have earned their presence on this forum the hard way and are worthy of trust from the members.

As for the 360 Forged debacle, Jordan has settled all the monetary problems with the customers who felt they were owed. Jordan has repeatedly come out and asked to contact him/ADV1 if anybody feels that 360Forged owed them.
