Strap In...2014 E63
I can't go into much detail but all I have to say is that Mercedes has unleashed the gates of hell on the AMG product and has the M division of BMW, amongst others, clear in its sights...
I got to see, sit in and touch the 2014 E63 yesterday, and good lord, there has NEVER been such radical and amazing shift in design philosophy.
Prepare to get your pants knocked off, it's just unbelievable - aesthetically, and mechanically speaking!
Just wait till you hear the performance stats...it's basically just stupid. LOL
For those of you doubting the direction of the next gen C-Class, PLEASE do yourself a favor and wait to form your opinion until the official press release is done on the 2014 E63...
Mark my words, MB is in it for the win, and you will understand what I'm saying once you see it....
(it is soooo hard to keep my mouth shut - I just want to scream my knowledge from the rooftops!!!! (I feel like Buddy in Elf) )
G'night!
Also got to see the SLS Black, S550 and Pullman....yum

O.P....RIDICULOUS, NONSENSICAL POST,......lacking in any serious FACTUAL information at all.
Please do not return, unless you are capable of posting more sensible FACTUABLE info......and, if you can do that, I shall be interested in reading it.
Cheers, Pickles.

I think he's saying that he sat in the new E 63, which indicates AMG's direction overall, and it's a hint to how aggressive the new C will be too.
Tough crowd, I'd rather see a post like this than "dood what wheels are better?"

Sorry guys, can't break the confidentiality - I'd be doing the brand a HUGE dis-service.
Don't know how you think it's ridiculous, or nonsensical - makes perfect sense to me...
And as to it lacking any factual information, of course it is. I prefaced the post by saying that I obviously can't go into details.
As to not returning, I don't know who nominated you to be the queen of the forums, but the last time I checked, the reason that we are all on MBWorld is because we appreciate dialogue that differs greatly from other forums, and like this very post. It's not like I just trolled onto this forum and wrote my first post...
Keep your stupid a$$ comments to yourself as no one is self-righteous.
All I wanted to do was share my experience, nothing more. If you don't like the post, there is a very simple solution: don't read it and don't partake in any further discussion.
Gotta love nay-sayers - ignorance is bliss, the blind lead the blind and in this case, misery seems to love company.
I never said that I got to drive it, I stated that I got to see, sit in and touch it...and never said that I saw the 2014 C-Class - re-read the initial post.
Take it easy, Seinfeld...nope, no one knows that, but what some people know is that there are such things as airlines that take you to the annual national dealer meetings, where more airlines bring in all of the coporate execs and the cars they want to show their dealers...
Those that made comments such as yours should feel like the tools - your approach was totally wrong and uncalled for - go back into your hole.
Thank God!!!! Somebody can read and more importantly isn't being an unnecessarily condescending *****!
Appreciate your words - thanks for balancing out all of the negativity above.
All I can say is that the proof of anything is in the experience, and I hope that when the 2014 E63 is officially released, that all of these idiots will somehow remember what was said above and learn from the experience to give a little more weight and credence to what their established forum members are communicating to them.
Sorry everybody for sharing - next time I will send a PM to all of the members above to get their approval before I post a message...
Nothing like censorship in what is supposed to be another example of free speech.

My advice? For those of you with inside info (Ive got some too frankly, in line with yours) post whatever you can, and if people want to hate or doubt, whatever.
I participate on a similar board for a sports team I follow and the same thing happens - a friend of a player will post something up about a contract or injury or trade and everyone just beats on them for not spilling every little detail. Then a week later, if it comes true, everyone forgets all about it and moves on to the next person to hate. Luckily, people keep posting anyway.
