Having owned many tires, the PSS are very good on noise level and mid pack on comfort. If those criteria are the primary factors then go with a lower level performance tire. I hear the Conti DW are very good for noise/comfort.
actually this is pretty annoying, I never get a clean start of the line with full throttle, always wheel spinning, not sure is the tires or just too much hp

Tires will definitely help some. But torque is the underlying reason why that little yellow blinking light comes on. And it's not necessarily a bad thing
When launching the car try easing into the throttle instead of stabbing it full on.
Was going to put on set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport today but the guy at the tires shop told me that Bridgestone Potenza S001 is even better but it is slightly more expensive...So what should I get

Don't believe a word he says without doing your own due diligence. These guys don't really know much of anything, generally, and sell what is best for them to sell. I haven't seen a test where the S001 bested the PSS. This isn't me suggesting it isn't a great tire but I would not take the word of the shop guy... he only knows what his suppliers tell him about the product. It is VERY unlikely he has used all of the products or read the wealth of info out there. Also, the PSS is widely regarded as the best overall tire in its performance category by many, many sources... why would you pay more for another tire? If it were cheaper, maybe... but MORE expensive??
There are grippier tires than PSS. Tires that ride more quietly and comfortably. Tires that are better in the rain. However, very few, if any, max performance tire does all of it as well in my experience.
I have about 1k miles on new Michelin SS and I love them so far. Maybe the stock Continentals were getting too worn but when sliding around a corner with the back end out wide when they grabbed it was a somewhat violent correction. The Michelins grab smoother and more predictable.
I've put 3 sets of P Zero All Season on my '05 Acura TL - they are fabulous for that car. That alone changed the handling characteristics dramatically over the stock Bridgestone's. If you want all season's for the winter months then they are a great choice. When it was time to do my first replacements for the C63 I chose a stickier summer tire for the more powerful car. I have driven the P Zero's in snow/ice and had no problems.
