Problem with Eurocharged MyGenius handheld programmer

if they release it, and it bricks? it's 100% their fault for sending us gear that didnt work in the first place.
If I had found a pre-release version of the software on their ftp, loaded it, and it bricked my ECU? 100% my fault for being impatient
but, I am also a software engineer, so I know the risks better than most
edit for clarification: dimsport's fault - not eurocharged! though I am kicking myself for paying for 2-day shipping on something that wont work for a few more days

I'm in the same boat as you guys. My handheld came in today, but can't flash the car...yet.

Well it's 7:15am here and 2:15pm in Italy. I just tried and I'm receiving the same error. I really thought the update would be ready now. I'm sure they'll be shutting down for the day in a few hours.

Hmm I am getting a different error message myself:

[E034005] Genius Error: Unknown Error
Someone mentioned this error in the below topic but no solution is reported except for Jery from OETuning seems to have fixed that issue..

What procedure did you do? donwload updated client? updated driver? i am still getting "your mygenius is not configured....contact reseller for remote activation.." error when i run the client.

Sorry, please wait another 2 hours before trying again.
I was informed that the test was for me and that the ABL's / update files are syncing. This means that you will receive random errors until the database is fully up to date.

It uploaded 1 tune and won't let me load any others. It shows "the status of your my genius does not permit this action". This message appears next to the upload button, which is grayed out.
When I plug the genius up to my car, the tune is not listed on it anywhere. What gives?!
