It uploaded 1 tune and won't let me load any others. It shows "the status of your my genius does not permit this action". This message appears next to the upload button, which is grayed out.
When I plug the genius up to my car, the tune is not listed on it anywhere. What gives?!

That's exactly what I got.
So my file on the ECU is saved correctly?
On the instructions I got from Velos it was shown that I should get a screen saying INFORMATION and some number codes underneath.

Ok, here are a few tips for now.
1. The C63 cannot be "READ" via OBDII. The only options you should see are PRT Identify and ID. You need to PRT Identify first, then ID. After the ID is done, email your file to Velos.
2. Make sure the key is in position 2 (gas gauge moves) when it tells you to turn the dashboard on.

Plug it in to your PC and click the "Download from MyGenius" button. Just launch the client and you'll see it.
Save that file somewhere on your pc and email it to your tuner.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Jerry and this team for making themselves easily accessible, and for the follow-through to make sure that I / we're taken care of. Great service, for sure!
Now I need to readjust myself to get used to the noticeably angrier peak power when I punch the accelerator. The car is also noticeably more powerful in "C" mode as well

I was able to update the device succesfully yesterday, and after sending my info EC I got the tuned file back within the hour, super service!
Loaded the file this morning and although I already had a tune I can clearly feel the difference, gas respons is much better and I really feal the extra power.

Mine still doesn't work. OE Tuning is working with Dimsport to resolve my issue.
I can upload only 1 tune to the Genius and then the upload button is greyed out. However, when I plug the Genius into my car to write the 1 tune, it's not there. Instead, it wants to re-identify my ECU. Then says ECU unknown, update needed. Which I've already updated my Genius. Errr!

If you got a tune to get rid of that. You have to clear the code first, then it wont come back if the tune is uploaded.

Went to a shop and clear cel code, it said "right 02 before cat".then uploaded v4 tune w/o2 off .No light for first 10 mile.After 2nd start drive few hundred feet LIGHT came back on.Thanks in advance .

We only turn off the 02 sensor AFTER the cat. The front ones are very important.
