I'm trying to update myGenius client software but it keep displaying "servicing is progressing, try again later". Anyone been having this issue?

I was occasionally getting this error updating mine. The way I fixed it was to change the FTP mirror. Go to the options menu on the PC software and change the FTP mirror from custom to Italian or USA. If one doesn't work try the other. This worked for me. Most likely this happens because the servers in that country are down.
