Vorsteiner C63 Exhaust Video
Thoughts?
I think it sounds very different from anything else offered

I guess we're kind of assuming this video is just a new axle back system. It would likely be much louder if they were aftermarket headers.

The part of the exhaust system between the head of the motor and the mufflers pretty much.
Some companies have midpipes and xpipes that go in between the headers and muffler sections but it all depends on the manufacture

Thanks Vivid, Thanks cool,
I've removed my secondary cats and replaced with an X pipe and I've removed my resonators and replaced with straight pipes but still not happy.
Will remove the X pipe and replace with straight pipes and hopefully will stick with that.
Are these headers expensive?

I'll shoot you a PM with special pricing on our headers!
Removing the xpipe will cause it to sound a lot more uneven if that's the sound you're looking for but you will lose a bit of power

So are headers the things that come off the engine or are they the pipes between the primary cats and the tips? Bit confused. I read that link and seems to be the things that come off the engine but not sure

it is the part that comes off the engine, I'm sending you a PM with a link to some pictures!
So I did the secondary cat delete with an X pipe and that kind of gave it a more constant loudness but it was more refined although at all revs instead of just at certain revs. Now I want pure LOUD so have been recommended to remove the xpipe and replace it with straight pipes.

Check out my YT channel. I don't actually "broadcast" anything so most of my videos are of my exhaust setup.

I know removing the xpipe will cause maybe 5hp loss from what I've read but when I did the staight pipe resonator delete it was loud but only at certain revs and at certain speeds and I wanted louder.

Finally some questions i have a little insight on!
Okay guys, from personal experience, straight pipes/secondaries and straight pipe/resonators will sound cheap. LTH and stock exhaust will sound much louder than stock.
Most people with LTH replace the secondaries with an x pipe to tame it a little bit more since most LTH remove the primary cats also. It is CRAZY loud, and if you straight pipe the whole way, it'll be obnoxiously monstrous. Not for everyone, but it will get you some unwanted attention and not the good kind. Cold starts will wake up anyone living within 400 feet of you haha. If you plan on deleting the primary cats, a tune will be needed to disengage the CEL. It'll also give you a nice boost of 16-18 Hp i believe. LTH and a tune are one of the biggest power gainers for our cars.
This is a members c63 ( edition1 ) with LTH vs a p31 c63. So you can get an idea of how much power you will gain.
My current Set up is Kleeman headers, *not long tube*, no primary cats, no secondaries ( replaced with straight pipes) and my resonators have a custom H pipe with 1" piping connecting the two banks. Sounds like a corvette with cams lol. I'll put up a video in a couple hours.
If you don't want to go the obnoxious route, i'd just replace the secondaries with straight pipes and an H pipe in place of the resonators. You will want an X or H pipe to connect the banks so you don't lose much back pressure an equal out both banks.
Hp gains/losses with secondaries and resonators will, i have to emphasis this because it's been such a big debate *** WILL NOT BE NOTICEABLE NO MATTER WHAT SET UP YOU CHOOSE*** straight pipes or x pipes, it might feel smoother but the gains/losses are so minimal it wont do squat on the track or road.
On topic: Nice exhaust, but not for me. I like the AMG rawness the c63 has, this tames it too much.
