2010 C63 AMG Eurocharged?
Hi everyone, I have 2010 C63 AMG and I am considering purchasing a Eurocharged hand held programmer and map software.
Anyone else done this, what kind of gain can I expect from standard? Is it just a gain in power or will there be other changes such as gearbox shift time etc?
Many thanks,
Andrew

I'm from the UK too and I have had the Eurocharged tune and programmer for a while now.
I got as near as makes no difference 50hp increase and a better spread of torque.
Exhaust note is louder and car pulls to the limiter with no problems, your rear tyres will not thank you for the upgrade though!
Couldn't say if shift speed has improved or not.
Programmer is quick and easy to use and I received the programmer and tune files quickly so customer service is very good

I just did mine yesterday. Eurocharged was very helpful with support and was very quick to send the tune files once I sent them my ID file. It's relatively easy to do. The car is a completely different animal now! It just pulls and pulls and pulls and doesn't seem to taper up top like it used to. Shifting response is also better. I'm not sure if the shift times themselves are faster or just the reaction time to pulling the paddles, but I feel like the car ignores me much less and responds quicker. Also, throttle response is better too. I'm not sure if it was just me, but even comfort mode throttle response felt less mushy. Some people say it sounds like you did exhaust work, but it's barely noticeable IMO. you will have to relearn driving the car again and make sure you have a little more room in front of you when you stomp! you won't regret it!

is it easy to flash back to factory settings if you have to take it to the dealer? I'm here in Houston and want to get the handheld programmer but I'm worried about warranty issues

crazy. i always hear "50 hp" being thrown around the forum with just a tune but i wasn't sure if that was wheel horsepower. 50 rwhp from a tune is amazing.

As for the warranty, it's really a hit or miss. I have about 10k+ miles since the flash though.
Baseline 1 - 367.5
Baseline 2- 371.5
Tuned - 419.3

Sorry can't help you there. I had mine flashed on the spot at their shop. I didn't buy the handheld.

So does the hand held save the current tune that's done to the car incase you want to go back? I only ask because I already have my ecu tuned . Wanted to know if I would be able to save it or just take a loss? Thanks
