I used to be a Zaino guy but just switched to optimum this year. It has cut my wash/wax time in a third. It is so quick I can wax the car everytime I wash.
As for leather I have been using the Leatherique system. It works great but is a major pain to do (takes a lot of time to remove the rejuvenator oil). I have some Swissvax leather milk in the mail so we will see how that is compared to leatherique.

I first rinse off the car with water. I then wash with optimum no rinse wash and wax. Don't rinse - I then spray each panel with optimum car wax and wipe dry. You will be done on 20 minutes.
I use two microfibres towels to wash, a separate one for the wheels and two two dry.
