507 mercedes c63
Im in desperate help. So I'm supposed to pick up my 507 from the dealership on Monday but it wasnt exactly what I ordered. I wanted all black for the inside but the salesman said it only came that white with black. I also ordered carbon fiber trim inside and got regular black trim and was told that thats all it came with. So my question is did anyone get one eith black and carbon fiber inside?

Get your build sheet from the dealer. Sounds like you got 241PKG instead of 299PKG (black with contrast stitching) or 290PKG (black w/out contrast stitching). There's a 507 ordering guide in another thread that I got those codes from. My fiancee's better be black on black when it gets here!

I stumbled across this forum while googling for an "Obsidian Black C63 Edition 507". To cut a loooong story short, I am a long time Porsche owner living as an expat in the UAE. Having decided that I really must have a more practical car than the 996 Turbo Cab I currently own. I have always wanted a C63 as the price of petrol here means I can actually afford to run one here. Ordering in the UAE is really easy, you take what the dealer has in stock or has on order...
I have been offered the below for the equivalent of a shade over $100K (I have cut out most the boring stuff):

This is the only Edition 507 Saloon available here until Jan so no other colour choice. However, there are a bunch of C63s with Power Packs in stock in various colours and interior combinations which there is likely to be a discount on.
What do you recommend guys? Edition 507 or slightly cheaper "normal" C63 with PP?

. The 507 will be a more unique car now and in the future. Who knows what the 2015 will bring. Twin Turbos for sure but the roar of the 6.2 will not be there. So the 507 or C63 with or without PP are all great options. But if it's not a heavy premium from PP to 507. I would recommend the 507. Enjoy. Whatever you choose.

Check through the whole thread he has quite a few photos of the same car as you are looking at. He has added some carbon fibre, but apart from that should look the same.
I think the 507 is a better deal than the PP, as long as you want all the extras and you are not really keen on modding your car (can probably mod a base c63 to get most of the 507 stuff for a little bit cheaper than 507).
Either way, you will have a fun car!

I have ordered mine in May'13. Dealer "made a mistake" and as a result instead of already having my car, it looks l will be getting it by mid Nov'13.

I am veering towards a Magnetite Black/Red interior car with all the options I would like with a decent saving on the price of the 507. I am also getting 2 years servicing and I could be in the car by the weekend.

Quick update, picked up my C63 yesterday - Magnetite/Red, PP plus lots of other gizmos. Will update photos in next couple of days but wife due to give birth so may have other priorities...
What a fantastic car, already love it. The 1500KM running period is proving to be a massive test of self control - I am probably driving the "slowest" C63 in the world at this time...

OK, so mine is now sitting at the dock in Germany. I was excited until I found out that it can sit at teh dock for a long time while other cars arrive. Has anyone tracked their 5o7 on teh ship? WHat web site did you use to track. I know there are plent of sites out there, but has someone ACTUALLY used one??
