Pricing on 2010?
Found a nice one in town, driving for the first time tomorrow! Looks to have performance package, but price should be closer to $40k right? They want $49k to start...

That is actually pretty close to what that car is valued at for retail (according to kbb) that has the standard options that come with the PP. Also, I assume this is being sold by a dealer, but I just skimmed.
If you negotiate really well maybe you could get them down to 47,500 depending on how invested they are into the car.

Auto trans reinforced, upgrade?
P30 amg performance package is better tune, steering wheel, red calipers, and?
Yep, at stealership, just what I'm looking for though.
Weight sensing front seat...tells my fat *** to loose weight?

Also, forgot to mention the carbon fiber trunk lid spoiler. Harder to see on a dark colored car.

The carfax history looks good, 1 owner, fully loaded, and serviced regularly at MB of Eugene. KBB tends to value a little on the high side, although Edmunds.com says dealership retail is around $46,486. So I'd say there's still room for some more negotiation. The dealership's had this car for sale only a couple of weeks, so they still might want to hold firm on the price.
Also, be sure to check the wear on the left side bolster and alcantara wheel too. Good luck & post up your results.

Nice, thanks for the info! I'm sitting closer to $45k for sure, there's a nice example in SoCal for $41k with same package, more miles and 2009. I'll check and see if they replaced the headbolts yet. Mixed on the red calipers and wood, will see.

No problem, glad to help out. Good idea about doing your due diligence regarding the headbolt history. I'm curious about this also.

Good price and mileage for a CPO 2011. But no P31, leather or Bi-xenon lighting. Everything else looks good.
