I would say the front should work with 18x9 +45mm (not sure about running 260/60/18 though.. Sounds meaty to me).
The rear might be a problem 18x10.5 +60mm should work in theory, but in real life they might have a big chance of rubbing the inner suspension if u are lowered. Again 280/60/18 sounds like a very odd size. I would suggest u 285/35/18.

I think the 660 height may be too much. 650 would be better if available. I am running a 245/35/19 on the front (~ 655) and it rubs the inner fender liner on the left front.
Roswell is correct that an ET60 on the rear with a 10.5 wheel will likely rub on the inner suspension.
Your widths of 260 and 280 will be very close as well if they don't rub the fenders.

Like Roswell said, probably it will rub - not only because of the rear rim width and offset but also because the 660 mm metric tires are about 1" larger overall in diameter than the OEM size on the C63. Add to that the fact that racing slicks usually run fatter than their street counterparts of the same size and chances are you'll be rubbing.
If you're not lowered, 260 width on the front should be fine on a 9" wide rim (no issues running 255s on the front on a car with the AMG sport suspension).
