Thinking of going with Pilot Sport 4S for my edition507

Front 245/35/R19
Rear 275/30/R19

Previously had the PSS ->

Front 235/35/R19
Rear 265/30/R19

Question - will the PS4S sizes i've written, fit the 507?

Car is fully stock, and ideally do not want to add spacers / offsets etc

2014 C63 507 Edition
Just put rears Sport 4S's of that size on my '14 507 on stock rims with no issues - only 3 weeks but about 500km. Fronts still have the 235's but will be going to 245's once they're done. Everything through the threads says these will fit with no issues.

C63 AMG PP Station
just ordered new 19" light weight wheels and thinking about the sizes of the new tires. All my past fast cars had tires with larger diameter at the rear. our c63 w204 have larger diameter wheels at the front. so bigger diameter at the rear ist better agility and aggressiver cornering. see at all BMW m cars and new C63S and many others.
So what was the raison why AMG made this at our cars?
I'm thinking at 255 30 front and 275 30 rear. Now I have to know where the speed signal will come for the speedmeter and if the speed will not be higher than shown. Will the tranction control and ABS unit do the same job than with the oem size tires?

I just installed exactly what you are leaning towards on my 2014 507.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4s
Front 245/35/R19
Rear 275/30/R19

They fit, look and handle much better than the factory conti's. They are considerably quieter as well. Go for it, you will love them. Tires are pretty soft and the car hooks much better too.

Enjoy!

Thanks everyone, beautiful ride immelman!

Now that I'll be two sizes up, any changes in the speedo, traction, abs systems?
Does any of that need any calibration?

I'm running 275/30/19 in the rear they are MP A/S 3+ i have a rubbing issue, but there is like 200 extra lbs of subwoofer + amp in the back 2012 c63

might downgrade to 265 , but there isn't a A/S 3+ tire that size, No rubbing in front 245/30/19

i don't even think rolling the fenders will clear the fender,

these are the rims: 19x8.5 http://www.nicheroadwheels.com/misano-m117-w-19769.htm

any ideas? can't bagg the car no room in the trunk for compressor!!!!!

If you go with spacers and require longer wheel studs, ensure that the ball seat portion of the stud is consistent with radius required by Mercedes for your year and model. That is, we have similar automobiles but mine is a '13; yours is a '14. Should be the same but mine required the following: 27 mm Mercedes M14 x 1.5 14R stud. I thought about installing H&R spacers (still in a box..) but was unable to source wheel studs that had the proper ball seat radius, re: 14R. Yes, you can purchase titanium wheel studs but they have a radius that I found to not be 14R (I purchased a gauge for this purpose) and the contact area between wheel stud and wheel is significantly reduced.

Help with setup

To make matters short, I need help. I need to know If i want to run
Michelin Pilot Sport 4s
Front 245/35/R19
Rear 275/30/R19

what do you guys recommend for spacers to get a nice flush stance with the fenders also to minimize risk for rubbing if applicable.

I saw H&R spacers, and Otis. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your guys' time.

I researched on this forum. Here is an example of one (of several threads): https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...olt-specs.html
After reading, I confirmed with on-line OEM parts suppliers and I purchased the following gauge:

I can not remember where I purchased this but it can be Googled

if you run spacers check out motorsport hardware for a stud conversion kit i just put this kit on and am very happy with it sure beats trying to line up bolts with a wheel and spacer

Thats exactly what I have on my '14 507. They were on my car when I got it and I have not taken wheels off yet but I don't think I spacers are needed. I DO want them to achieve a flush look as you though.

that's the sizes I ran with 12mm spacers for H & R and longer bolts - they fit perfectly

2014 C63 AMG 507 Edition
Reviving an old thread...

does anyone have any new setups?
or is 245/35/19 fronts, 275/30/19 rears still the safest setup for the 507 wheels.

Has anyone tried 285/30/19 Michelin PS4S on the stock 507 wheels with stock height.

Also if I ran this setup and decided to lower the car on H&R springs will I be running into any issues?

I think the 285's would be ambitious....... and I'd think for sure they'd rub if lowered. 275's worked well stock IMHO.

and a 255 can be fit into the front if you hit the offset just right - I think you'd want to be at 8 or 10mm spacer for the front with stock rims / suspension.
