Quick qustion...will a 2011 OEM grille fit my 2009?

Hmmm...the guy I am buying it from says it was installed on his 2011....but it is a single bar??? I'm confused haha....here is a pic of the grill I'm about to buy:

If this grill is really OEM it came from a 2012 MY. Unless the seller is in Europe where MY are different therefore it could come from a 2011 (over there). Ask for a part number.

Maybe some canadian members can shime in. I don't know about the MY situation there.
If the grill is OEM (equivalent to 2012 for US) it will fit your car only if you modify the bottom tabs. You might have some gaps near the headlights too.

This grill is the facelifted grill, so u might have to modify the lower tabs (if the seller didn't do it yet since he installed it on his 2011?).
It looks like the Revozport grill a lot cuz the star is painted black.

I had one on my car...it should fit with little modification if it is a 2012+, pic below

Not feeling the amg emblem in the mesh. And the star looks like it has been blacked out with a sharpie marker lol (could be the lighting though)
