13 C63C (tuned) vs 14 E63 4matic
Passed a guy getting his mail in his driveway and noticed he had a 14 e63 4matic. A minute later I look in my rearview and see he's behind me, and riding me hard...soon thereafter we reach the turnoff to a highway...I took the exit for east and he took the exit for west.
Got me thinking though...if we both went the same direction on the highway, prob rolling from about 20mph and maybe getting up to 80mph+, who would have the upper hand? My car has an oe tune and high flow air filters...assuming his is stock as it still had temp. plates.

BTW Im just having a laugh here. Not trying to insult you. Its just Im sure that we have all been 80mph and Im pretty sure that in an AMG thats not really defined as racing. "Spirited driving" shall we say.

Motor Trend dynoed a stock E63S at 541awhp. I wouldn't race that car in my eurocharge tuned C63. The E63 would walk away.

I have both cars, E63S and C63 2009 tuned to 580 hp.
Let put it this way, my C63 is the slowest car I own.

Slower than your E550? I mean even with the renntech tune the C should be putting out more horsepower uptop and is lighter. The E prob has monster mid range but after the initial hit it's all hp. Do you have the renntech throttle bodies? Just installed them with full carbon fiber intake and it's ripping after 5K rpm really surprised wasn't expecting much.

I forgot about the E550, it is for snow. I guess I think it as a SUV. And yes it is my slowest car. Still over 500 hp.
