2013 C63 coupe P31
Congrats on the perfect color combo! Driving a RWD car in the winter can be a lot of fun once you get the hang of it . Maybe you need to replace the performance winter tires by non-performance snow tires!

I hope that's an exaggeration! I'm about to pull the trigger on a C63 and it had better NOT slide around on dry pavement (unless I want it to). All the reviews I've read say that this car is actually quite stable in dry conditions.

Looks gorgeous!
The 507 hood is so mean looking.

Honestly traction is not good in this car but thats what makes it fun and enjoyable. I winter drive my C63 here in Toronto and I have spun out on more than one occasion. This car in the winter teaches you how to be a better driver.
Unlike my Fathers 2014 E63S 4M which he drives in the snow on the stock summer tires (It doesn't even slide around, except a little on braking). The C63 needs snow tires. That said 4M is significantly better if you don't want a car to slide around.

Hi 507AX,
I also just picked up a 507 Iridium Silver Sedan in Toronto last week. I hope you received the AMG Winter Tire Package for free (18' AMG rims, with Sotto Zero rubber mounted), you qualify since you picked up the car in December.
See you on the road, or a meet. Coincindently, I park downtown Toronto, and noticed a black C63 with the plate 'Bagman'. Is that anybody here? I am the C63 with the plates "Level Up'.

As VaclavSV said, it depends on YOU and how you drive and maintain the car. If I am too gas pedal happy from a stand still I break traction, if I am gas happy on exiting a turn I break traction, on and on. Now, with that said, I LOVE that this car can give you some tail wiggle when you ask for it, and its never on a knife edge. I have personally found this car to be very predictable even when I am driving a bit more spirited. As far as turn in stability, I have entered turns at great speed, feathered throttle and the car just held, no drama, no fuss. If you are a bad driver this is probably not the car to own. If you know how to correct a bit of slip then you will have a blast. Learn the car and its limitations, and it will reward you with nothing but smiles.

My plate is the AXOCLOUD one that you'll probably see in the pics - but yeah, i have a set of Wintersport 3Ds on AMG 18s. They've been pretty good to me so far... very slidey but it's good fun.
My only complaint thus far is how the car shakes on idle! I guess i should expect that out of such a big motor - but feels weird.
I want to change those side markers but haven't found a good link... if someone could send me a pm that would be awesome.

Just a suggestion, I removed the charcoal filters and put in some afe pro dry filters. This mostly eliminated the idle shake for me. Unless you are in a euro spec car, which doesn't have the charcoal filter, then I don't have any recommendations =P
