Datacard vs LastVIN?
Is a website like LastVIN accurate compared to the data cards provided by legend OP?
WDDGF7HB5BF534791 if anyone is curious lol

Your engine is about 300 past the switchover, so you have new headbolts. Datacard attached.

Joe

Good day I have a 2010 ML 63 AMG with Vin number 4JGBB7HB0AA557631
It is my understanding that these engines have had mould problems, how can I determine whether the headbolts are a problem on this particular vehicle or is there a way I can check to see if they’ve had a factory recall or had the head bolts have redone, I tried the dealer with no luck
could somebody a lot smarter than me please give me some insight to this, thank you in advance for your consideration.

Your likely confusion stems from the fact that this is a Korean car. South Korea, like other countries don't match the US for model year changeovers. Attached you can see the TSB that shows the switch over VIN data.
So yes, I'm sure.
