Fotoshoot of my project C63
Hi guys,
A few pics of my wife's modded C63
Although the car at that day was not ready,
I brought my car back to my body shop because there are some things I was not happy with it.
- There were some space between the rear bumper and the body
- I still see different in colors between the rear bumper and trunk/doors
- A little space between the hood and body
I hope time was the problem, because I could not change the date of that photo shoot.
So I hope everything will be solved next month!
Thanks for watching…
Movie will come soon!

Beautiful car and great pics. I like the horizontal grill inserts on the lower grill inlets.

That is some serious widebody !
I think we already told you but you need spacers or new wheels to make it flush. That interior is extreme but clean.
Nice job

The car looks great Andrew. Nice to see a perfectionist when it comes to details - I hope the body shop takes care of issues.
As to the photos, I expected something more - I think the quality of the photos are not good enough for this project

Andrew, ur car and ur wife , both are hotties
Mind if i ask , what nationality are you ? viet ? Also the car need drop
grill with one fin will look more aggressive on the front end because there are many grills on the front bumper, so more fins on the front grill will look more busy, so one fin will look aggressive. You can selll this one and buy 1 fin
no badge on the fender ?
thinking about DRL on the grill front bumper ?

I am from Indonesia, my wife from Thailand, but we both grew up and live in Holland.
Oh man, I know I bought the wrong grill so it was too late to change that order.
Because it was made to order, it was very expensive for the grill: 2600 euros.
(that's more than 3k $)
So I think no-one would buy that grill from me,…but I am happy I can live with that grill
I think I will not place any badge.
Let people guess what kind of car it is; they will know at the traffic light
What is DRL?

I was critical of the exterior design when I first saw the finished product in the "build" thread.
However, I must say that after seeing those photos, the design is starting to grow on me!

Andrew: Congrats on your build bro! Waduh.. kren banget!! haha didn't realise you're from Indonesia (I'm assuming originally from Jakarta?) Anyways, the originality of your widebody kit is totally awesome. Plus I just love the interior with the white diamond stitching. Hope the tiny items will be sorted out...

sweet build.
dont need to buy new wheels... just get spacers and call it a day
also is it just the angle or does the MB logo on the trunk look off centered
really liking the interior
lastly can you give us a rough estimate of cost of project. parts and labour etc
seems like your wife is loving her custom ride. happy wife, happy life

Hot hot hot. The car looks great man. You made the car look 1000x better then when you first picked it up.
Bigger wheels that's all I would say but still if you like the ones on there then that's perfectly fine
Post some more pictures.!

That symbol in the hood is our bird from Indonesia, didn't you recognize that…
I used it now for my company
@ everyone: thanks for the nice compliments
@ PurpleheartAMG: 2600 euros was only for the grill, it was 16.000 euro for the total carbon parts man that's almost 22k $
Because all parts are handmade and made to order
@ Fung63: total estimated costs? wow don't shock, here it is:
- all carbon parts: 16.000 euros
- wheels : 3500 euros (i did not count the Velos wheels 5k)
- bodykit : 4000 euros
- modifying bodykit, install, painting, moulds : 13.500 euros
- new interior : 15.000 euros
- drawer : 2000 euros
- akrapovic + ECU tuning : 8.000 euros
- KW system : 3500 euros (will be done next month)
Total investment : 65.500 euros = 90.000 USD
Oh man, I know that is way too high!
I didn't even count the car (65K euro), so the modds are even higher than the car…
But still cheaper than a BS: In the Netherlands a new BS costs 200.000 euro!
@ emericr: Here in Europe is everything expensive man, maybe I could buy a black SLS in the U.S.
But I want to make an one of a kind: There is no one in this world have a C63 sedan like this
I hope my wife will drive that car safety and not hitting some obstacles.
Everytime I sit next to her, I don't feel comfortable, afraid that she will hit something hahaha
Look this pic, before and after:

The tips are chrome, but I am considering to paint that in black or carbon
@ zibby43: you will love it, if you see the car by your own eyes, it is even more beautiful than the pics!
@ Oslowa: next time send me your photographer
@ fung63: oh my god! You damn right! The mb logo is off centered
I hope they can make it centered, but then perhaps they have to do the whole CF spoiler lamination again….
