Speedriven 722.9 Billet Trans Pan

Speedriven, could you explain the drain/fill in the second picture.
Would I be going overboard to think that the fill location would get you to the required level, as in a tube rising up into the trans.
Just hoping, also will the kit come with filter and gasket as well as clamping fixtures.
Oh yah is it 50 dollars less than the 55 ha ha

The drain/fill. The fill will have a fixed stand off tube(similar to factory) for fill and level. Then drain will be used to drain and fill while monitoring the fill hole. We have came up with this idea to simplify the service process. The kit will come with filter and gasket. It will also come with the clamps and filter extension. The price will be announced when its all done and ready

Sure.
The pan will be increased over a inch allowing an extra of about 2 quarts of trans fluid. The is made of billet aluminum. It will external fins for cooling and internal baffles also for cooling. They will be anodized black, clear, red, gold and blue.
All the etching and engraving will come with the pans price.

@ Speedriven One item could the internal baffles be taller within the sump, wondering if there is any issue with cavitation from heavy acceleration with the added depth of the fluid since the filter is still in the same position as stock pan would have it? Also is there a place for the magnet, or does the magnet come already fastened into the pan.
Have you considered the 50 dollar reduction on the 63 pan to give us poor 63 owners a much needed break over our 55 cousins

Just asking you will ship prepaid to Ontario, Canada, sent as a gift to reduce Canadian customs charges?

Just asking.
The .9 is actually almost identical to the .6. There are minor differences. We had the .6 pan on a car for about 3 months testing. We worked out all the kinks with that pan out and in regards to the .9 we have been developing it for awhile also, so there wont be much testing needed being it will transfer over from the .6.
Any comment on when this will be on the market, picture of the kit for 63 and availability to ship to Ontario, Canada. Some C63/E63/CLK63 owners in Toronto may be interested also.
Very soon
The main reason for a pan is cooling. With more fluid comes better heat dissipation. Lower/consistent trans temps= longer/healthier trans. Ours also have external cooling fins and internal baffles to prevent slushing along with cooling. Our pan is made out of billet aluminum that also adds to helping to keep the trans cooler. We also came up with double plugs to simplify service.
Please PM me price and lead time to 07733
I will keep you updated once everything is finalized
We will have the mct one out in the next weeks or so.
Keep in mind this isn't just a replica of a stock pan(stamped steal). This is a complete billet piece. We are going keep it as cost effective as possible.
Here just an example on other brands doing the same thing. http://www.sspperformance.com/bmw-dc...ssion-pan.html M3 guys track cars a little more then amg guys, so the pans are a little more popular. Please consider billet costs and machine time. The e55 pans and these pans are a fraction of the m3 guys and all considered these are priced very well
