Tailight Change C63
What's up guys! I've got a 2011 C63. I personally love the car more than the face lifted version (12-14). The only thing i wish mine had, are the tail lights. So basically what i want to know, can i just by a set of tail lights off ebay and install it on my car? To me they don't look like they are shaped differently.The only difference i noticed, was the new style lights have more LEDs. I have attached two images. The first of a white c63. With the tail lights I have. The next picture has the tail lights I want. Would love to hear back from all of you.

Do a search as well... I'm not sure if it is the tail lights but some members have tried to do this and may have run into issues with coding/get charged an arm and a leg at the dealer for it.

If you go to the W204 thread (not C63), you'll find loads of information on aftermarket tail lights that don't throw an error code. they aren't OEM, but they work and give you a very similar look. Good luck.

I have been running the new taillights for a year and they function perfectly. The only flaw is that I get a message in the display telling me that my tallights are out. I simply click the back button on the steering wheel and move on.
