Yeah it was great to have a local site. I hope it comes back up.
For the Aussies on here. I just bought a used r300 with amg interior (nappa seats) and they make my c63 seats feel like cardboard!
Aren't all c63's factory optioned with nappa in oz? If so, why the difference in feel!
I moisturize and take care of my c63 seats too

I have a GL420 CDI with 400'000km in the family and the driver's seat is like new - soft and no wear on the bolsters. And it has never been taken care of.

Thats so strange. A lower class leather in your lower range cars... the base models I could understand but for the top model it doesn't make sense.
Thanks to AMG893 (who kindly posted me the free CF covers) I now have the mod bug and am thinking about a CF rear diffuser. I remember a thread on the oz AMG site comparing a few which would be good to read again.
Also saw a cla45 today. They look really nice but I am not a fan of the interior. I have been hearing alot about the exhaust popping and crackling on forums/reviews and heard it first hand today.
It sounded like rice bubbles... really tinny. I'd take the burble of the v8 anyday
