I mean, how does somebody who's only 4 foot and change work the pedals AND steer and see out the windshield? Now I have to go rent a Stallone movie and see how he did it.

A little scary, but the kids got stones and clearly is pretty darn sharp.

This kid is quick on his feet. "I'm a dwarf." He has a future as a lawyer...

In the States the kid would be charged with theft and the parents with endangerment for not securing the keys

Gotta feed the judicial system with a revenue stream

Haha I assure you that the prosecutors aren't that hungry.

The courts are overwhelmed and particularly on the civil side, everyone is doing their best to keep things out of court/away from trial.

Alternative dispute resolution options such as mediation and arbitration have never been more popular. Almost everything settles before trial.

Yup. Watch the movie "The House I Live In" about the 'drug war' and the privatization of the prison industry and you'll see why the US has more people in jail per capita than any other nation on earth. Its pretty clearly laid out, and with creditable sources.

So 4% of the population was arrested, seems rather low to me....Nearly twice that amount in prison per capita in the good ole USA.

8% in prison?
Thought is was 2 mil ~1.4%

Either way the system has been corrupted by the hunger for profit
