A guy walks into a bar, he's been there all of a minute when he says to the bar tender "What the ****, are you gonna serve me a beer, or not". The bar tender replies "sorry, can't do that" and continues to serve others. The man asks "why the **** not". The bartender looks him in the eyes and says "we don't serve *******s here".

Understand and I agree 100% with you, the problem is I didn't at any point swear at him or call him any names.

That is all I was originally looking for was an apology and explanation. I don't understand why you felt the need to immediately reply rude an condescending to a paying customer. It is really a shame it takes me posting about your unprofessional response which led to my decision of cancelling for you to even acknowledge this here on the forum. Just be upfront and honest and communicate in a professional manner that was all you had to do. Maybe I caught you on a bad day where you were a little crabby, I don't know but that isn't my problem and you need to understand that you don't treat customers the way you did in your first email to me.

I have to say, I am 100% impressed with Jerry and everybody at Eurocharged. I saw a 55HP increase at the wheels so that's pretty damn good. I have posted my review here.

Jerry has been custom dyno tuning my car every year since 2012 starting with the v3 tune. He spends his time on the dyno until it's perfect. I'll see him again next weekend for the v5 tune. Everyone in the Bay Area should come hang out on June 20 & 21. Jerry will be custom dyno tuning over 14 cars.

1. I saw 520~525 HP with the V5 tune is that number BHP or RWHP?
2. Is this GB still open?
3. Mainly benefits the non P30/P31 cars from what I'm reading?
4. Would a P30 car still have advantage over non P30 due to LSD?
5. If Jesse passes on the beer, when you're in SoCal, can I have that beer?

1. This is BHP and you'll probably see 530bhp easy after the tune
2. With the amount of GB purchasers we ordered extra genius' that will be here the same time as the others and there still is open spots, email me at philip@eurocharged.com and we can connect there.
3. This benefits all of the C63's, other than HP/TQ increases in the tune our customers see improvements in throttle response, shifting smoothness, gas mileage (Whether they drive harder or not
), etc. Even a customer on our Miami, FL trip wanted to get the tune on his Black Series (which you wont see much HP increase) wanted the tune just for the sake of the shifting that all of you Rave about 
4. There really wouldnt be much difference but the LSD makes it a lot more fun to drive
5. Jerry is a very generous man..

Also, here is a quick guide for these programmers.
1. the USB stick inside the box will have the software download on it, plug into the computer and download the software
2. email sales@eurocharged.com the serial number of the mygenius device (located on the back of the device) and let us know what year/model the car is.
3. plug the genius into the computer and using the software attempt the update process (will give you an error because the device is not configured but that is why we have you sending us your serial numbers so we can get them configured)
4. once you receive the configuration file back from us you can import it to the genius using the software and it will do a mandatory update. after it updates, it is ready to take to the car!
5. now you need to do the ID process. follow the on screen instructions by turning the dashboard on/off when it says and clicking okay. remember, when it says dashboard on, this is key position two (where your fuel gauge shows fuel).
6. once ID file is pulled from the car, take back to the software and download the file from mygenius and send us the ID file and list of mods to sales@eurocharged.com
7. when you receive the tune back (has the stock file imbedded into it also), you upload it to the genius and then take it to the car and follow the on/off instructions again.

Hey guys just wanted to chime in on my experience.
Sent in my "My Genius" serial number for the config file at 9:09 am, got the file back at 9:18am. Did the config update, pulled the stock file off of my car. Sent in the stock file at 9:45am, got the V5 file back at 10:59, 11:06 I am now Eurocharged V5 tune. Too bad I had to drive straight to work in traffic but I can tell you my head snapped back a couple of times. Can't wait for a highway drive soon.

OK... V5 is on the car is worth every penny guys! The shifting is way better and there is a noticeable power increase!

Review,
I took the car out last evening with a few buddies (2013 M3 Tuned, 2012 CTS-V stock and a 2012 EC tuned E550 with downpipes).
Result... The car is much stronger now. Blips are crazy loud and the shifting is smooth. Great job by Jerry on this tune.

Quick Review,
Got the tune on the car today. Went from stock to the v5 tune and man the car is definitely louder and i can definitely feel the increase in power! Loving it, and this is just based on city driving, cant imagine how it will be on the highway.
Special shout out to Jerry & Phill from Eurocharged.
