New Cooling Package (440) for C63s Officially Released
The PDF attachment includes several photos of both the parts and the installation.
No pricing information yet.
Can we bets take on the price? The two coolers are the most expensive parts at around 550 euro each. Figure another couple hundred for the other custom bits and then a little more for all the nuts/buts/little pieces. So maybe 1700 euro or $2400 USD?
Plus eight hours of labor my final guess is $3500 installed (this is a complete guess). More than likely on the low side lol
For example, these are the temperatures I encounter during "spirited" non-track driving:

As soon as the oil cooler becomes active, the temperatures really do stabilize well.
However, I have indeed read about cooling problems for those that track their cars in warm climates.

What are your temps during non-spirited driving? I run 212-215F after my car warms up with normal driving around town.
Will this prevent limp mode...does not say or, does it just stave off limp mode a little longer?
Do any of the guys that track their BS cars have the same issue?
I cannot tell how much more thermal efficiencies the new coolers have over the old...?
It would be worth it if they could claim - "you will not have any cooling or overheat issues with this installed" Tough I know - but again depends on the price. I thin the BS guys could be a helpful with data points here...

During regular, non-spirited driving, my oil temperature will max out at around 221-224 degrees and then drop to 208-210 degrees F. When I'm thrashing the car, the temperature will peak at around 230 degrees F before dropping back to around 212-215 F.
I have a '13 MY sedan.
No problem.

Oilcooler is always on and tuns perfectly, now imagine what those in dubai are running , where its even hotter.
C mode gives 220, s+ 230 and oil cooler is perfectly working keeping everyone cool and happy......... And i have gone to 270 no limp mode

I wonder if his oil cooler is even active? Perhaps there's something wrong with the thermostat?
