Yep. 32 valves. 32 lifters.

Each camshaft operates 8 intake or 8 exhaust valves for one bank. Two valves each per cylinder per camshaft.

thanks guys. reason for asking is I had two replaced, but today I noticed the old cam shaft rattle yet again. time to replace cam shaft adjuster number three. thank The Lord for warranty.

this thing seems to be a recurring issue for me. took the car in again for another cam shaft adjuster problem. got the car back, and it was fine for a couple of days, but now that "bad cam shaft adjuster rattle" is there again on some start-ups. has anyone else had these issues? this seems to be too often imo.

maybe they should all be replaced at once? i have no idea just throwing that out there. Or have you replaced the same one twice now?

or they need to be replaced in sets of 2? them doing 1 at a time just wasn't doing it?
