From our knowledge, the high flow front pipe with the 200 Cel will not need a tune, but definitely runs better with a tune. Armytrix also offers a high flow de-catted downpipe that has a cat simulator.

Can the front pipe be installed to stock exhaust or does it require armytrix center resonator?

The front pipe can be installed on stock but it will need modification in order for you to properly install it.
