"The all-new C63, which is expected to officially break cover at next month’s Paris motor show, will produce 375kW and a whopping 700Nm – a jump of 2kW and 90Nm over the current, range-topping C63 507."
Correct me if I'm wrong but 375kw = 502hp.
It does look nice though.....

That torque figure is surprising though. Given its 100kg lighter, this thing will move.
I'm very curious about this comment:
"The new C63 will have traction like no other RWD car,” a Mercedes insider told Wheels.

The 503 hp that the AMG GTS has will probably be reserved for higher end models.

Nope, the C63 gets the same 503/510hp sae/din hp as the AMG GT. I would say that those numbers will be from the C63 S model.

Under the bonnet of the C 63 AMG's successor is an all-new 4.0-litre V8 Biturbo engine. The eight-cylinder Biturbo engine will deliver exceptional performance with an unrivalled power output range of up to 375 kW (510 hp) and 700 Nm of torque. At the same time the eight-cylinder high-performance vehicle impresses with low emissions and the world's best fuel economy in the segment. The latest member of the AMG BlueDIRECT engine family sets absolute standards with a fuel consumption of 8.2 litres/100 km (NEDC combined).

Obviously the immutable laws of physics wilt before the onslaught of Mercedes Benz engineering. Gobs more torque plus narrow rear tires = "traction like no other RWD car?" Amazing if they pulled it off.

They didn't say whether its good or bad thing...maybe it will have the worst traction of any rwd car

516 lb ft
503 HP (SAE)
510 HP (DIN)
if the weight is accurate ~3750-3800 lbs it will be much faster the the M3/4
perhaps M should have spent less of the budget on bangles and bobbles and more on the engine lol
function > form
conservative class > ostentatious hoopla
chances are it will be 10% less expensive than the M's also
