This is such a great car!
Many times people come on forums to complain about problems on their cars. I decided I'm gonna post a thread just to say to the world how freakin' good this car is!
I just bought my new (to me) 2012 C63 AMG a week ago. I know I'm still in the honey moon phase, but damn, that is one great car! It has great power everywhere, lots of low end torque, it is also quiet when you want peace but loud when you step on it. The suspension is firm yet supple enough to be comfortable. But the real treat really is this great V8 sound!
This is the car I should have bought years ago! Thanks MB for making such an incredible car!
This thread would be worthless without a pic. Here it is in all of its glory:

OP, you perfectly described how I feel every time I get in mine. After 3 months I cannot say the feeling has faded. Its not a DD for me, so that keeps it fun too.

Very well said here.
I had the "privilege" of rocking out a Chevrolet Malibu for the week. It was a rental for work. The seats were terrible, the interior was plastic, cloth and some sort of fake wood, acceleration was non-existent and the brakes were scary. Now granted, it was a rental and has probably been ed up real good but with only 6K on the clock, it was not good at all.
I got back in the 507 the same day and it felt like the day I picked up the car! And I have to admit, the car felt quite quick for the first two accelerations. You don't know what you have until you don't have it. We have very special cars and you don't know how special they are until you drive some Rental POS!
Happy ing everyone

They are great cars, just discovered them myself. Mine is a daily driver, but we do events in it too. Always an event to fire it up.
Nothing like a closed road with the setting on S+ giving it full tit and hearing the pop through the gears and throttle blip and cackle downshifting. Awesome.
I find the paddles are only any good for straight line, start twisting the wheel too far and I get confused lol
....you said comfortable... you must have the 18" wheels hahaha I've got the 19 on the 507 and they are noisey and harsh. But I still love it, gives it character and the harder you push it the more it rewards you

True. My 18" wheels arrive on Thursday :-)
Will keep the 19" for street, but I've got a week long event coming up and need stickier rubber and more sidewall to absorb impact. The 18"s are perfect for getting more serious
