Lol. I would agree that some Arabs like to use sometimes weird vinyl wraps and show off over London's. However, there are others who really have a good taste while purchasing their super cars. You also can't assume every weird car in London belongs to an Arab. In this picture, it may be a woman right ?
In England as a whole, Mercedes, and in particular the C63 is regarded as some sort of holy grail brand/car amongst my middle Eastern/Asian friends (Asian in the UK refers to Indian, Pakistani for example rather than the US reference "of far Eastern origin"); I don't know why and neither do they but its kind of cultural to show off "wealth" and young guys being young love to do it anyway. Their families also have a joint pool of unlimited cash.
Wraps are a bit if a scene over here in themselves, just as much as we get the super low Dub crowd, drift crowd and the good old fashioned 'boy racer' in a modified hatchback.
We go from a silly decorated car to classifying 'arabs' and 'asians'
Not cool
That's as bad as saying 'merkins like to fondle guns and eat prescription pain killers like candy
You'll find many people with bad taste ruining cars like that and bmw's, ferrari's, etc
But it's their $$$
