Ya I know what the parts are worth second hand, but I'm wondering if there is a market for a car already built, tested and ready to hit the road with no worries about reliability.

I'd say $60K would be a high price, but not a bad place to start and allow the wiggle room down to $50K.
The hardest thing is going to find someone to buy the car fully modded. But if you do get someone to bite I'd say you have more control over the price than they do because it isn't a stock C and is quite specific.

Im going to be the debbie downer here and say a realistic 45k$. It's going to be hard to get anymore than that financed on a 2010 c63, especially with the mileage. Im not trying to start crap or anything like that just giving my opinion. I understand the car stock is worth 35-40k$ and has another 30k$ in parts alone w/o labor. When i bought my car It was similar situation. The Car was worth say 55-60k book value stock and had 30k in mods aswell, i paid 65k$ which i fealt was a steal but the market just isn't there. People are scared of cars like this because so many turn into money pits and basket cases.

If you're not in a rush, just decide what your bottom price is and stick to it man. There's always a buyer...sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to find him or her, but patience can make the difference in stuff like this. I've learned that dealing with high end watch sales

There's a market for everything. If you are willing to hold out for the right buyer you might find one as is.
Parting it out may be best, but you have to factor in the costs of removal as well. Not going to be cheap.

I was just curious what it's worth and if there is a market for modsed cars like this. I'd probably end up keeping it, I have too much work and time invested into it, she runs flawless now.

Its the sentiment of Most owners of who invest the amount of time and $$ like you have.
Over-more, The C63 is already a rare animal, the market for them is small. So to find a buyer who can appreciate the C63 let alone have it modded ***** to the wall may be tough.
Keep it, the car has immense character, it is the last of big V8's. It will be something special in the years to come.

Makin me feel bad spending all my money on my 09 C63.Ever since I bought it I wanted to mod it. Just didn't want to do it under warranty. When I looked at house much it was worth now even with only 25k miles at mid $35, u cant get that performance for the money, so I decided to keep it. Plus its a C63 P30. An amazing car. Barolo red. Im getting Weistec stage III + tranny , ported heads, SLS valve buckets, LTH, Renntech widebody, 20"HRE, Bremo GT, KWV3...etc
will b done in 4-6 weeks. Can't wait. Hard to think of ever getting rid of it!

Thanks, I know it’s a bit off topic but did you notice a change in the sound between MHP v1 and v2 headers? (not volume, but tone).
Most videos spanning the last few years are of v1 set up and to me it seems to have a higher pitch. v2 seems to have a more trumpet, mid-range sound. (v2 comes with the 3” x-pipe by default which was not the case with v1) but the video/sound quality could be a factor.
Since you've had both and heard them in person, is there much of a difference?

I had v1 with a home made X pipe. The V2 does sound a slight bit different even then.
But comparing v2 to v1 with no x pipe, the v1 was obnoxiously loud, with a loud rasp. The x pipe will always even out the tone.
