Am i crazy for wanting to trade in the C63 for a CLA 250 Sport Package Plus?

Am i crazy for wanting to trade in the C63 for a CLA 250 Sport Package Plus?
Long story short i just got a new job and drive 20+ miles one way and as many of you know the C63 doesn't get the best gas mileage. My rear tires are bald my service b2 is coming up in 25 days and soon i'll need new brakes/pads. So today driving to work there was a black CLA behind me with the bi-xenon option and boy was it good looking. When i saw that it was a CLA i thought in my head oh man i want one! I then found one near my local dealership with the sport package plus (i guess it's rare) and they had it listed it for $41,999. I talked to a sales man via email and he said the best he can do is $42,830 OTD with tax and license. He said the best they could offer for my car was $30k which i think is BS and i rather sell it privately... All in all what do you guys think?

IMHO, the CLA is a POS. I thought I liked it when news of it was first released, and when I saw a camouflaged one driving around my town. But when I saw the actual car and sat in it, I didn't like it at all. Personally I'd rather drive a w205 C300 over a CLA. I do understand your gas and tires concerns, so maybe check out the C300, or maybe even something like an Infiniti, etc.

You will definitely regret it when you see another AMG on the road. That CLA guy probably wished he had your car. I have been contemplating getting a S5 and getting rid of my C63 but I think I am going to drop that idea. AWD is really beneficial in my area with tons of snow but still I feel as if that would be a downgrade and I just don't want to do that.

C63 can be a daily driver and 20 miles is not that much. At some point I was doing 140 miles daily with my previous sedan.
Plus gas is cheap right now
Keep it if you can but don't get a CLA instead. GL

Completely agree. Feels nimbler and a bit more dynamic than the 550i, which surprised me.
While the E550 is great, the E63 is the ultimate "super sedan." Enough power and torque to reverse the Earth's rotation, outstanding traction in all conditions, and aggressive (yet classy) exterior/interior styling. Not to mention the fact that AMG managed to make a biturbo V8 sound absolutely menacing.
It has been great seeing the E63/E63 S take down the M5 in some comparison tests.
I take it you love your E63 even more?
While the E550 is great, the E63 is the ultimate "super sedan." Enough power and torque to reverse the Earth's rotation, outstanding traction in all conditions, and aggressive (yet classy) exterior/interior styling. Not to mention the fact that AMG managed to make a biturbo V8 sound absolutely menacing.
