Ford Truck, 2014 C63 AMG 507
Yours and the one I'm posting have been around for awhile. Both are good comparisons and both helped me decide which I wanted when looking at all three cars.
Hopefully they will help someone else.

Sad for BMW and Audi that their new cars lost to a car on its way out. And Lexus...they didn't even really compare it to the C63.

i have to admit though, i do like the color's available on the M4.
saw the orange model outside the local dealer recently and i love that color on the car, the austin yellow works too.

There are already tons of options out there when it comes to fast, heavy, AWD performance sedans - E63/E63 S, the Audi RS variants, etc.
AWD performance sedans make for great, fast, and easy-to-drive daily drivers. They just aren't as engaging to drive on the track. Now, I'm not saying they can't be track cars, you just don't see as many E63s out on road courses (at the drag strip they're monsters).
I wouldn't be against optional 4MATIC for the C63 but in my humble opinion, the new C450 AMG Sport fills that niche nicely.
If the C63 came in AWD only, I would switch back to BMW and opt for the M3/M4.

The C63's main competitor is the BMW M3/M4. The ATS-V is another competitor (also RWD). A lot of people looking at smaller, performance-oriented sedans and coupes prefer the driving experience that RWD provides: lively rear end (power slides, burnouts, etc.), better steering feel with less understeer, lighter overall car.

Mid 60's for sure. Think about a current C350 loaded out, you are into the mid 50's already. My 12 350 Coupe minus one option was almost $52K MSRP when I bought it.
EDIT: Just went online and built a C400... loaded out with almost every option it was $63k!!!!!

You have the CLA to thank for the price hike on the C class. I wouldn't be surprised if a fully loaded c450 reaches the $70k mark. On the M4 topic, those things are insane. A turbo swap and a few small mods is good for 650whp thats insane!!!
