Judder (Clutch?)

Judder (Clutch?)
Hi Guys,
Have any of you guys suffer judder, I think from the ckutch?
I have a 2013 C63, 11K miles.
Temp here has been around 5 to -2 degrees since I purchased the car.
When I am in stopped in the car, have it in drive, then let my foot off but dont touch the accelerator, just let the car creep forward, from 0 to say 4 kmh (Read from the dash) there is a judder through the car, slight but noticable. Then, when coming to a slow stop, it returns from 4 kmh to stand still. I do say 10 miles to work, 10 miles back.
Its been in the dealer all week for other issues and a full software update, they are trying this first but would be interested in any of the same fult etc.

My 2011 does the same and 2011s have the old torque converter autos. I thought it did it because in comfort mode, doesn't it start off in 2nd gear? I haven't tried to reproduce it in S or M modes.

I get what sounds like the same thing in a 2013 model, that I have owned for about 6 months.
I had a 2010 (ie the "old" transmission) that did not do it.
Initially I thought it must be related to the "new" transmission, reasoning that it felt like a clutch not engaging smoothly. However there are times when it just does not feel right to me, and this seems to be happening more and more. I had already decided to raise it at the next service but I will wait to hear whether your dealer found a "fix" for it or whether it is indeed a normal characteristic

I've not experienced this and do prefer the feel of the MCT over a torque converter type transmission.
Is this happening in all transmission modes? (C, S, S+).
The first thing I'd do is reset the transmission control unit. (TCU)
The TCU learns driving habits and adjusts transmission operation based on what it learns.

Hi,
It gest less obvious as you go up the modes so in comfort is bad, S less, S+ lesser etc. But it returns when you go back to C.
Its like as the clutch slips as you move off, as it should, its not smooth.
I tried the TCU reset, ignition, pedal 5 seconds, off, start etc, made no differance.
Not sure if its due to outside temp as only had it since below 6 degrees etc.
Hope to know more toady when I pick it up after its software updates etc
