Lug Bolt pic with question
Hoping for a little help from those that may have tried........
Silver lug bolt is factory Mercedes from a '14 C63
Black lug bolt is factory from a '14 C300 4-Matic
Anyone have experience trying the C300 lug bolt on a C63 wheel? There are differences in overall length, but the thread length appears to be the same. My biggest concern is the seat, it visually appears to be slightly different. Priority is making sure it seats with as much contact surface within the wheels lug hole as it is designed / intended to.
Just in the search for black lugs bolts that fit a wheel that is custom made to accept the stock lug bolt (silver) one.

High quality black lug bolts to replace OE C63 lug bolts exactly are on the way soon, maybe even late this month. I'll revisit this thread when they're released, but until then I don't think you'll find any out there.

yea, no go. You need to make sure you have the full specs of both packages before considering any sort of swap. Different thread length, diameter of seat, etc. Not worth risking it. If it don't look identical that's a good start that it won't work.
