Within that thread you suggested there is one black coupe (W204) with 19” W205 wheels (I believe) that he got off a sedan like you said.
the wheels I’m looking at aren’t factory MB but the seller had them on his C63S, so “I’m assuming” they’d be the same fit.
I suppose actually bolting them on to my car in order to check would be the best way to confirm hey? Do you have any other input?

They should fit, the fronts will look sunk and the rears will be very flush. I'm not sure how much room you'll have on the inside of the fronts though, and the rears might limit you to 255/30/19 tires.
