Spring cleaning and season plans
Well, it appears as though the weather is finally here to stay (knock on wood) in the northeast so I got around to freshening the car up a bit for the season. I also added the "6.3" BS badges which are really so much better than the previous. One question for those of you who have these, how did you attach the "." ?? Tal? The "." has a pin on the back of it but no hole in the fender which I was sort of hoping for. I didn't want to break the pin off and double sided tape it on before hearing some ideas.
As for what is up and coming, I mainly aim to keep the car clean and maintained. I have deleted the secondary cats (with an h-pipe from Matt's car so that thing lives on), and some other little cosmetic things as you can see. I would like to get the car lowered and on a new set of wheels soon. However, lowered and spacers for now may be the way I go. There is potential for a front lip and rear diffuser as well. Lastly, I might go with EC v5 for a tune but I'm in not rush there either.
Anyways, what are your plans?
Lastly, some pictures because

Nice new car Kiva! Love the white back seat covers, nice touch.
I might be the only one who prefer the old 6.3 emblem, never been a fan of the 6.3 badge.

To be honest, I would have kept mine but as you can see it just looked like a black blob. The 6.3 was totally drowned out by all the black.

You changing up your wheel game anytime? I'm still trying to save up but as soon as I get some good cash laying around something comes up.

I'm happy with the look & fitment on my P40SC (finally), so no more wheels for me.
Did u sell ur ADV? I kind of forget if u did or not? They would look hot on ur white sedan.

Did you wrap/ dip the trim or was it already like that ? I really need to go get mine wrapped black.
Anytime I think about new wheels I start thinking I could get headers for that money or just upgrade to a 2014 or e63s

It's all painted. Some is chipping around so I'll probably just wrap everything in gloss black once it starts to really chip. The roof is gloss cf though and looks just like my neighbors actual cf which is nice.

Clean ride Kiva . Reminds me a bit of my sedan.
As for the "." of the 6.3 BS side badge you don't have much choice. Unless you want to drill a hole in your fender like it is on the BS you won't be able to install them without cutting the tail.

I didn't fully rule it out. My only fear with drilling would be paint cracking and spreading over time. But drilling a very small hole and wedging the thing in would be more secure than the tiny piece of double sided tape you could put on it.
I feel like it is so empty without the "." though so I have to do something

this thread got me thinking, and once it stops raining so much I probably need to take my wheels off and give them a good scrubbing. that brake dust really cakes up on these wheels.

The blacked out front fascia and white seat backs look incredibly good.

Just brainstorming here, but what about paint? I mean, I gotta figure the dots gonna fall off with the tiny amount of adhesive that would fit, and you definitely need the dot unless you've shoehorned a 63 liter motor in there (or would it actually be a 62l? hmmmmm). Spray a little plastidip in a cup, apply brush, paint dot. Don't think you'd notice it wasn't an emblem, and you'd have your dot. If it doesn't work, and it might not, and/or it looks like ****e, and it might, then just rub it off and try again. Might be worth a try though. Black on white is really the only color combo where that stands a chance.
I always thought the original emblems looked a little to "IROC", but they've grown on me, and now the new one looks like it just slid around from the back. Gotta like anything that individualizes your ride tho.

This was done by the previous owner. I'm not sure if he is still on the board but this used to be Tom Espo's. That said, I'm rather sure that this is 3m CF material.
