Thanks hyperion.
I had a gravel driveway for years but it was getting so full of weeds it looked like crap a lot of the time and was taking me ~ 50 hours a year to weed it by hand. So I finally gave up and paved it last summer. Already have weeds growing right up through the asphalt....
Looking after a property is as bad as modding a car, there is no end to it...LOL

Thanks Cohen.
I will get the wheels on soon. The weather is crappy and wet here but at least most of the snow is gone and it is starting to warm up a little. I washed the car the other day and now I don't want to take it out again or I will just have to wash it again....LOL

All Buffed Up
Yesterday I changed the oil and filter. Then I got out my new Porter Cable and pads and buffed out a few scratches in the paint. Most came out completely but a couple you can still find with the right light reflection. Pretty happy with it all in all. Then today I did a light polish and applied a coat of wax. I think it turned out well for my fist time using an orbital buffer.
No more scratch!
Then
and now
Some of the tools
A good working height
Next...the results

I am pleased and I was worried I would have to have it repainted and was not looking forward to that because I can always see signs of it in the paint.
My driveway is 120 meters long with a large open area by the house. I got the big bill to prove it....LOL

Wow how much land do you have? Takes a fare amount of room for each tree. A nice mix of conifers and deciduous and a very ambitious effort. I have > 9 acres with about 5 acres in native woodland and 4 acres of open field which I mow. I also have 6000 SF of perennial gardens and 28000 SF of lawn to mow. I also have a log home and you can guess the maintenance it requires. Keeps me busy and always running behind...LOL

Mod 8 - Weistec Air/Oil Seperator System
This is my first performance oriented mod (with the exception of my red CF start button...LOL) and it is really a performance support mod and not a HP producing mod. This kit by Weistec is first class and is priced that way as well. I got in on the group buy and think it is a good value because of that. This may not be a must have mod for NA but is a great addition and helps to keep the intake manifold clean and not full of oil gunk. It is more of a necessary mod for FI and helps to eliminate detonation caused by oil droplets in the intake charge for engines run closer to the edge. This is the second C63 I have installed this kit on and it made a big difference in the ease of the install and it really went well.

Mod 9 - CF Steering Wheel
Thanks again to Matt Olszowka for doing this CF steering wheel for me. It is a thing of beauty and makes me feel good every time I drive the car. The wheel is CF with Napa leather hand grips done with red stitching. The trim is done in CF with red AMG lettering at the bottom of the split spoke and a Napa leather air bag cover. Since the cover did not have an emblem I bought an AMG one off EBAY UK to personalize it a little bit. The paddle shifters are done in CF as well with red - and + shift indicator lettering. This is an awesome piece of art in person. Sorry the pics I have don't really do it justice. Someday I hope to figure out how to get great pics of this work of art.
Thanks again Matt.

Matt is a member here. You can PM him for more info. The wheel was not cheap but a better price than I have seen elsewhere. Wheel (no core) + leather airbag + CF paddle shifters + CF trim adds up as you can imagine. Matt's username is olszowa12 if you are interested in following up.
