Is a C63 BS in my future???
I am considering the trade-in on a 2012 C63 BS, but not sure about it as it has a few more miles on it than I would like. It has just under 40k miles on it. It is in beautiful condition, but has had a fair amount of warranty work done on it.
Does anyone know what a very clean, 40k mile BS would go for? I am considering my C63 as a trade-in, but just don't have enough experience with the car to know what is a fair deal and what isn't. Sure, I know what they went for new, and I know there were only 70 brought to the US, however a car with a lot of problems doesn't do me much good when the warranty is gone and I have to chuck out butt loads of money to fix it. I would welcome any input that is relevant to the car in question. Thanks.

I am just afraid of a car that has had problems like this because the warranty, if it isn't already gone, will be gone very soon. My own C63 is a 2013 with only 6800 miles on it, and it is immaculate. I have done some work on it, but it's all easily removed and the OEM wheels, etc replaced. I just wanted someone else's opinion who might have a better grasp of what a BS is worth. Thanks.
As for model year, there were 70 MY2012's and 30 MY2013 C63 Black Series for the US Market. MB increased production due to demand, and build those for MY2013.

Think that Mars red one floating around has less miles on it but is a bit more expensive.
At the end of the day, I would definitely avoid the BS you've described. It sounds like a big time headache, electrical issues never go away, and there are better examples of the car on the market right now.

Same page, just don't want the OP to start thinking that 30k miles on these cars is a lot. It's still practically brand new, especially the condition his is in.
Generally C63 BS owners take good care of their ride even with some mileage (example of Nelly's). GL with your search.
