Hey guys, i bought MBH headers, mids and xpipe from a forum member this past week and got those installed. The link above is the video for that setup.
Just wanted to thank a few people that helped make this happen.
Thanks to forum member HoozyerdaddyC63 who sold this to me. Stand up guy and was easy to work with. No scamming, no bull****. Met me as planned and the entire thing was basically a smooth transaction.
Thanks to Speedriven in Palatine, IL for taking in my last minute request to install these. They did an amazing job and they are nothing but great guys. Upfront about things and honest.
Will definitely go to them for everything from now on. If you are in the Chicago Area, i highly recommend them.
Also wanted to Thank Jerry from Eurocharged. I asked him for the new tune and he replied back with the tune attached in less than 24 hours. Amazing customer service!
Now for m small review and first impression.
DAMN the car feels like a beast. I have not dyno'd it but butt dyno definitely feels the increase in hp. I had dyno'd at 426whp with the v5 tune. I have no Row boxes or filters (yet).
The car is loud and i love it.

Does anyone have headers with straight pipes? I've read that the X-pipe kills a lot of the AMG growl (although it adds a few extra HP) versus a straight pipe. I imagine headers with straight pipes is deafening.

Unfortunately there is no facility to do dynos in this area so I have no information from my car as to the added potential of the MBH LTH system.

Funny....but I can guarantee you 99% of the members of this forum will probably never track their car so an LSD although is nice is money wasted. The only track my car goes to is the 1/4 mile so I'm fine with my stock non LSD car
Oh BTW I drink Dunkin Donuts......cant stand Starbucks since they caved in and changed to anti-gun.

I love this a yank that gets Aussie humour , I don't race my car at all , but it won't get up my driveway with out a lsd , so for me it's 100% nessesary I get that you guys would spend your life going around backwards in the winter , but 500hp and 1 wheel drive to me is so retarded that's all and embarrassing too

bummer. I had my 08' dyno'd while it was stock and only put down 321whp(had and intake leak and vacuum leak) and got a V5 tune but didn't get a chance to install before I left for turkey. good luck though!!!
